Tasting Notes: Juicy lime, minerality, guava and tart passionfruit

In a Nutshell: Grapes were loaded direct to press and pressed on a Champagne cycle for gentle extraction. The resulting juice underwent a long, cool (72F), stainless steel fermentation to preserve varietal fruit aromas. After fermentation, the wine was stirred on its own lees to promote body and mouthfeel.
