Sparkling or still?
Our small-town tasting room is located in rural Los Olivos, California. Our intimate setting features both indoor and outdoor dog and kid-friendly seating. Our tasting experience consists of 2 wine flight options – a sparkling flight and a still wine flight. Dreamcôte Wines are crafted with care by Ryan & Brit Zotovich in Santa Barbara County.
Wines and cider are available by the single taste, by the glass, by the bottle bottle and for takeaway. Our tasting flights are always changing.
Reservations are highly recommended for parties larger than 4 guests and if you have specific seating preferences.
Need flexibility outside of our standard Thursday–Monday 11am–5pm hours? Or are you wanting to taste with our winemaker? Book a private onsite or offsite tasting session with our winemaker Brit (by appointment only) on her farm 6 minutes away in Ballard, or an extra special wine tasting experience on the boat in the Santa Barbara harbor.
Enjoy a 60-minute still or sparkling tasting experience at our petite tasting room in Los Olivos. The still flight consists of 5-6 wines. The sparkling tasting is a short flight of 3-4 sparkling wines, with larger pours and is accompanied by sea salt kettle chips to showcase the bright and vibrant flavors of the wine.
$25-$30 per person
We waive a tasting with every 3-bottle purchase. Wine Club Members receive complimentary tastings.
Please join us in Brit’s Home Garden Saturday 4/25 11-1 for a casual hang in Ballard with her family, 2 kids, chickens & cavaliers Ladybird & Lulabelle.
Enjoy Farm Fresh Spritzes and garden-themed snacks.
We are happy to accommodate non-drinkers and low-abv preferences at this event with dry beverage options as well as kids with some kid-friendly bites. Please leave your pets at home for this one as we have onsite poultry temperaments to consider.

Enjoy a 60-minute still and sparkling tasting experience at our rural farm in Ballard, CA just 6 minutes from Los Olivos. At this seasonal farm tasting experience, we will walk you through our petite citrus block, heirloom herb and vegetable garden, say hello to our flock of chickens and sit to enjoy 6-7 wines with a petite farm-themed bite. This tasting is dependent on seasonality, weather and general availability.
$55 per person
This experience is available in the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons only. We are closed for winter.
