Sparkling or still?
Our petite tasting room is located in rural Los Olivos, California. Our intimate setting features air conditioned indoor, outdoor, dog and kid-friendly seating options. Choose from 2 wine flight options – a sparkling flight and a still wine flight with a geographical focus. Dreamcôte Wines are 100% grown in Santa Barbara County and crafted with care by Ryan & Brit Zotovich.
Wines and cider are available by the single taste, by the glass, by the bottle bottle and for takeaway. Our tasting flights are always changing.
Reservations are highly recommended for parties larger than 4 guests and if you have specific seating preferences.
Need flexibility outside of our standard Thursday–Monday 11am–5pm hours? Or are you wanting to taste with our winemaker? Book a private onsite or offsite tasting session with our winemaker Brit (by appointment only) on her farm 6 minutes away in Ballard, or an extra special wine tasting experience on the boat in the Santa Barbara harbor.
Enjoy a 60-minute still or sparkling tasting experience at our petite tasting room in Los Olivos. The still flight consists of 5-6 wines. The sparkling tasting is a short flight of 3-4 sparkling wines, with larger pours and is accompanied by sea salt kettle chips to showcase the bright and vibrant flavors of the wine.
$25-$30 per person
We waive a tasting with every 3-bottle purchase. Wine Club Members receive complimentary tastings.

This event is a casual hang in Ballard with her family, chickens & cavaliers Ladybird & Lulabelle where you will enjoy farm fresh spritzes and garden-themed snacks.
We are happy to accommodate non-drinkers and low-abv preferences at this event with dry beverage options as well as kids with some kid-friendly bites. Please leave your pets at home for this one as we have onsite poultry temperaments to consider.
Enjoy a 90-minute still and sparkling tasting experience on a 42-foot Grand Banks in Marina 1, located within the Santa Barbara, CA harbor. The harbor is 45 minutes south of Los Olivos and 1.5 hours north of LA by car or train, a 5-minute uber from the train station and an additional half mile walk from the parking lot through the marina. At this seasonal oceanic tasting experience, we will sit to enjoy 6-7 wines with a light / snacky pairing. This tasting is dependent on seasonality, weather and general availability. Additional food may be arranged for your tasting.
$95pp / 4 person minimum, 10 person maximum

At this seasonal farm tasting experience, we will walk you through our petite citrus block, heirloom herb and vegetable garden, say hello to our flock of chickens and sit to enjoy 6-7 wines with a petite farm-themed bite. This tasting is dependent on seasonality, weather and general availability.
$55 per person / 2 person minimum, 40 person maximum
